Group disbands.  Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice form Cactus, and later join Beck, Bogert and Appice (with Jeff Beck). Tim Bogert later joins CCB (with Bobby Cochran and Billy Cobham) and The Trio (with Bobby Cochran and Greg Errico).  Carmine Appice later forms King Cobra, joins Blue Murder, and Guitar ZeusMark Stein forms Boomerang.
